Each court may have slight variations in playing characteristics, so you might need a bit of time to adjust to the bounce and speed of play. These courts are constructed with a solid base of concrete, layered with a specialized rubber material. The rubber carpet provides ample cushioning, effectively reducing the impact of falls. Am I allowed to bring my personal coach to the tennis courts?

Absolutely, you can bring your own coach to Neo Tennis Arena. However, to ensure smooth coordination, your coach must be registered with us and adhere to our partnership Terms and conditions. Booking your coach's services can be easily done through our system. Have your coach contact us, and we'll make the necessary arrangements! Please be aware that a 10% commission is deducted from your coach's fees for this service.

 

 

What are the consequences of violating the no-coaching policy? 

Coaching by external coaches is strictly prohibited unless authorized by Neo Tennis Arena. Violators may face immediate termination of their rental period without a refund.

Yes, the renter is responsible for any damage to the tennis court or its facilities, excluding normal wear and tear, throughout the rental period.
